#tbtOOTD // Paris (Ooh La La)

Sometimes you find a top you bought YEARS ago (like, 8th grade) and you think 'This is actually pretty cool. Why haven't I noticed this recently?' That's what happened with the lace top.

Let's face it, black lace with black leather always looks good. Looking at it now, this outfit is maybe a tad on the boring side. I'd say it's a 50/50. Not quite a hit, not quite a miss.

This song is in the spirit of #tbt. I know it's probably pretty well known, but it's still really fun to listen to. And I think it fits this outfit nicely.

Recently I've had a lot more free time than usual. I find myself going back to things I used to have time to obsess over but haven't checked in on for a while. One of those things is Caroline Calloway's Instagram. I love her writing style. It's so honest and conversational. In case you haven't noticed, that's what I'm trying for on this blog. However, I am in no way a gifted writer the way she is. So all I can do is take inspiration. Somehow through re-reading her posts I was inspired to size up my tbt ootds from my new matured perspective. From now on, I will give myself a rating of sorts. Tune in next week to see how that works out.
